Service Description

During this one hour class I will guide you through a variety of releasing, dynamic and relaxing yoga movements and breathing techniques that will support the health of your whole system. Breathwork makes you feel great, and is an enormously supportive tool for life! Embodied Breathwork may help you to feel more present in your body, stabilise energy levels, gain a greater sense of mental clarity and become free from blocked emotions. It can also support you to work through more acute issues, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and physical pain. The movements will support your breath practice, and the breath practice will support how you move.
