Hi, I'm Kathleen

I create events for people to move, feel, think, breath, create, play and connect. 

You can access my work through drop in classes, one to ones or events.

Untamed Yoga is a synergy of traditional and contemporary yoga.

​

Incorporating an inquiry from improvised dance, developmental movement, somatic practices, and the conscious relational practices of yoga asana, pranayama, meditation and mantra. 

​

The beauty of Untamed yoga is that it is a space to inquire into your full embodied self, exploring the dance between letting go of what you thought you were and landing in yourself, your life, and the world around you. 

My approach suits people who like some freedom to explore.

I love supporting you to notice something new, accept what feelings are there and build resilience as you discover new pathways and play with a variety of pace, release and effort.
